New Business & Sales Manager (Full-Time)

Zeta is looking for an ambitious person that fully enjoys a sales role. You will create and develop strategies that yield fresh enquiries and new customers. You will also maintain company leads from existing channels.

We want your ideas and original thinking. You will also be expected to know how to manage enquiries from an admin perspective. We are looking for someone to be hands on in gaining new business, meeting new clients and building relationships.

Pitching for business in the digital world is challenging. As you expand an enquiry you will be working with an experienced Zeta team that has the technical knowledge to develop a good lead into a real sales opportunity. Your job will be to bring enquiries forward, be part of the development of that enquiry and be an integral part of closing the deal.

If you are up for this job it is a great opportunity. The successful sales manager will become a vital part of the core Zeta team.

  • 37.5 working hours a week
  • Mon-Thurs 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Fridays 8:30am – 1pm
  • You will be based in our office in Poole
  • Salary + commision
  • Shape a growing company

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads through existing channels which will require thoughtful communication with Zeta clients and contacts
  • New business development
  • Create sales strategies to identify and develop worthwhile business targets
  • Not be scared of making a cold call either by phone or in person
  • Know how to research a target organization to identify who we should be talking to
  • Be creative in your thinking to be able to establish contact with the right people
  • Proposal creation (You will need to be literate and have a good turn of phrase)
  • Successfully closing new business
