Viral campaign increased ecoffee's conversion rate by 20%
ecoffee approached us to develop a viral marketing campaign: they wanted to send out 13,000 samples of free coffee in under two weeks. But we weren't just going to give it away; we wanted to engage with people and create long lasting relationships to improve customer retention. So 'Tweet for a Treat' was born - a project which tested peoples’ coffee knowledge and encouraged group conversations. In the end, 26,000 people engaged - and the client ran out of coffee!
