Multi language iPad App

A little overview

Zeta was asked to build an iPad app for use by BMW Representatives to support the sales of BMW parts. We were brought in for the development of the app and to support RLA with the back-end and overall design. Part of the process involved planning the data structure and how the iPad tool would connect to a back-end sourcing large amounts of data.

What we did

Zeta advised and supported RLA with the data structure, design and UI of the iPad app. The developers were also tasked to build the iPad tool that included an internal database to hold and display large amounts of data that was in sync with a back-end database. The iPad app was released through the Apple Enterprise License, allowing for internal use within the organisation.

The success

The tool is now being used by BMW Representatives to support the sales of BMW parts. The iPad app was first released in English and is now available in 4 languages, with more languages to soon be added.
